When you meet your baby for the first time, you’ll be amazed at how perfect their little features are. As the weeks go by, you will start to see changes happening before your very eyes. These changes usually happen first with their weight as they start to appear more rounded and less skin and bones.

Another change is the way their features develop. From birth you might notice an instant change in hair colour growth. Which means if your baby came out with dark hair, from the moment their body enters the outside world, you might see their hair starts to grow a lighter blonde colour. It can also do the opposite and light hair can start to grow as dark hair. My own daughter was born with long dark hair and it started to grow as a pure blonde from birth, yes she looked like she needed her roots touched up at the hair salon. That was until I eventually trimmed off the dark hair that grew in the womb. Then she was a pure blonde.

Another feature that changes are the eyelashes. They can be born with the blondest lashes and within weeks, these long black lashes take over!
