Your non refundable session fee retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date, an additional fee of $200 applies for all sessions on Saturday’s, we are closed on Sunday’s. This amount is also non-refundable.
Tanha usually gets bookings months in advance, and only takes on limited bookings per week to allow for moving sessions due to baby’s birthdays changing, and to allow time for the editing of your images. It is advisable to book as soon as you have a due date. If your baby has already been born, it’s never too late to enquire, and Tanha will do be best to accommodate where available.
There is no extra charge for moving a session once if you have given at least 7 days notice. However, if it is under 7 days, or your have to cancel at the last minute, a $200 reschedule fee will apply to secure the next booking. Last minute cancellations will incur your session fee as payment for my time allocated for you. Your session deposit paid can be transferred ONCE if it’s before 7 days from your session date. If the next session that was booked in is again needed to be rescheduled, an additional $200 payment will be due to secure the next date/session, upon payment of the next session fee payment there will be no transfer of fee for subsequent reschedule dates, each reschedule will be an additional $200.
Please treat your booking as you would any specialist appointment. Please arrive on time for your session, arriving late will see that time taken off the session allocation, we must finish our session within the allocated time.
PLEASE BE A KIND HUMAN – If you decided to forfeit your session payment without going ahead with the session, please show some courtesy and tell me ahead of time. I’m a mum too so my time is also precious just as much as yours. Sometimes I setup themes a few days before your session, often I stay up very late getting your looks ready for the next day, & I always get up extra early to prepare magical final touches for your session, please tell me before I put in all the love to create your setups, if you don’t even plan to come.
No refunds will apply to cancelled sessions.
No refunds will apply to pre purchased gift vouchers under any circumstances. Due to the custom nature of photography, strictly no refunds on either your session deposit, or your order total will be issued. This includes any prepayment of any funds that occur before the booked session itself. If you need to reschedule for reasons of sickness, the price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured for 6 months only. After this time any pricing increase will be applicable. If you need to cancel your session before 7 days from the session and do not book in a future date, you will have a credit for funds paid, however any price changes will apply immediately.
If any promotions arise where we are offering a discounted rate, this shall not apply to current booked sessions, or sessions that have been prepaid. Offers may not be used in conjunction with other offers. Offers are not redeemable for cash or products.
Images are not to be used for commercial use without written consent by Tanha Basile.
Please advise to the photographer through your client questionarre or by email, if there are any family members that have any special needs/ circumstances or allergies.
We reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.
Complimentary rebooked session credit must be rebooked at the time of your newborn session, and a minimum $200 deposit due to secure the date. This deposit amount is then put towards your image package or print order once you see your images. This complimentary session is able to be rescheduled ONE time ONLY as per the above reschedule conditions, and subsequent reschedules to the second booked date will forfeit your deposit with no credit.
Clients that attend their photography session in a disorderly state, or show disrespect to Tanha Basile and her photography equipment will result in cancellation of the session immediately. No refund will be issued as per the cancellation terms.
Any promotional special prices will strictly only be available during the time mentioned. Newborn session promotions are valid for a singleton baby, and not as a multi newborn session. Normal session fees apply to twin or multiple baby sessions at all times. Purchasing multiple promotional session fees is not a valid option for multiple baby sessions.
Purchasing – The order that you place at the time of your ordering session or pre payment of an order are final. Under absolutely no circumstances do we refund or downgrade any part of your placed order. Invoices created are absolutely final. We do not have a cooling off period for orders placed. We pride ourselves on fast service and your order including prints, products and digital files or alike are processed immediately when you leave your ordering session. By choosing your items, placing your order, making payment, we understand that you have made the right decision both from a styling and financial point. It is not our obligation to question your financial decisions at the time that you place your order and make payment. Entering into a payment plan you also understand the above, and any monies not paid in the outlined timeframe will be immediately forwarded to a third party collection agency and you would also be liable for any additional fees associated with collecting funds outstanding.
